HI I’M ANTHONY!
Better known as Anton.
I have been a gym goer for over 12 years and have recently qualified as an L2 Personal Trainer. I am also currently studying my L3 PT and L4 Nutrition.
I started going to the gym for the same reason as most people. I wasn’t happy with my body and the way I looked. I was small, skinny and my goal was to bulk up and build some muscle. I quickly fell in love with training but for years my progress had been up and down. Despite hitting the gym hard and eating what I thought was the right food I never really saw any significant progress.
Two years ago I made the decision to hire an online coach and it’s been the best decision I’ve ever made. In the last two years I’ve made more progress than in the previous ten. Seeing how quickly I progressed gave me the drive to educate myself correctly so I could help others fast track their progress and avoid the mistakes I made!
Now armed with the right knowledge on nutrition and training application, coupled with my love for working out and over 10 years of gym experience, my passion is to help others achieve their fitness goals as well as educate them along the way, so they can live a healthier, happier life.

We will shape and transform your body through a combination of resistance training and cardio (if required).

Forget boring tasteless foods, whatever your goal we always have you in mind. We will provide tasty and easy to make recipes as well as including some of your favourite meals and snacks to ensure you stay on track.
We take away all the guesswork and workout your macronutrients for you then design a nutrition plan that aligns with your goals. Every plan is designed specifically to YOU!
No two nutrition plans are the same!!
We will provide a meal plan or macro plan depending on your level of experience and what you prefer to work with.
Educating you all the way to help improve your eating habits. We want to ensure sustainable change so you are confident and can make smart food choices for a healthier happier life. And of course, to keep those gains and maintain that body you’ve worked so hard for.
SUPPORT & ADVICE
Your health, wellbeing and fitness goal is the most important thing to us so we will always be here to support you throughout your journey. You will have direct contact with your coach which will allow us to make any necessary changes as we go and ensure you’re always’ progressing.
Daily WhatsApp support and advice. Allows quick responses to any questions you have or anything on your mind.
Weekly check-ins with video response. To see how you are progressing and make any adjustments to your plan if needed.
Scheduled monthly call (if requested). To have a more in-depth discussion about how you’re finding the process and address any potential roadblocks.
